Editing GXT using HEX Editor is only good if replacing character(s). Adding or removing characters is very complicated with HEX Editor.
I'm unable to find where the problem is, unless I have PS3 and Max Payne next to me.
XGEditor saves files in proper GXT format, only difference between original and re-saved are
- Removed 2 empty bytes between random table names (total 66 bytes)*
- Table's Texts placed properly*
- Added 12 bytes at end(for XGE config)#
*Can be problem, but it should not be
#Tested, not a problem
Again, having PS3 and Max Payne in hands would help a lot to find out where exactly is the problem.
I've made few improvement in XGE(this issue is not yet fixed), new version will be released in few hours.
